Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Facilities Services professional to lead region-wide fleet and facilities management, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards. You will oversee maintenance programs, budget analysis, and volunteer orientation, cooperating with internal partners to sustain high service levels across facilities.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience, with a valid driver's license and proven ability to lead teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support in the execution of fleet and facilities management within a region.
• Develop and execute facilities maintenance for American Red Cross facilities.
• Develop and execute strategy for the American Red Cross fleet, including maintenance, reporting and vehicle reservations.
• Develop and implement volunteer orientation to utilize volunteers for fleet, facilities and admin operations.
• Collaborate with Volunteer Services to recruit and train assigned volunteers.
• May supervise volunteers; monitor and provide budgeting consultancy for regional fleet/facilities operations.
