Tractorbeam AI, Inc. in Chicago is seeking an Applied AI Strategist to own customer work from first conversation to production. You'll partner with leadership at demanding clients to find where AI adds value and build systems that deliver measurable impact.

You will write production code in Python or TypeScript, work with LLMs beyond demos, and translate technical tradeoffs for engineers and executives. This is a hands-on role with equity and a fast-moving, senior team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role: forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or software engineering with client work.
• Write production code in Python or TypeScript.
• Have built with LLMs past the demo stage.
• Can explain a technical tradeoff to an engineer and to an executive in the same meeting.
• Do your best work when the problem isn't fully defined yet.
• Bonus: finance or healthcare experience.
