Job summary

Clipboard is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to design, maintain, and improve our internal knowledge ecosystem across healthcare operations. You will ensure that accuracy, structure, and usability of SOPs, workflows, and documentation help teams make faster, better-informed decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design, with significant operational impact. It is a remote-friendly, individual contributor position based in the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, documentation, or operational enablement (healthcare, tech, or regulated industries).
• Proven ability to turn complex processes into clear, actionable documentation.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with analytical approach to process design.
• Hands-on with Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple docs/improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate SOPs and internal docs.
• Audit and refine the knowledge base to eliminate redundancies and gaps.
• Act as the internal knowledge contact, resolving gaps through updates or process improvements.
• Partner with operations and compliance to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes.
• Continuously improve how teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing enhancements.
