Clipboard is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to design and maintain our internal knowledge ecosystem. You’ll own accuracy, structure, and usability of workflows, SOPs, and documentation to help teams decide faster and better.

This remote-first role sits at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design, with a strong emphasis on practical impact and cross-functional collaboration across healthcare ops teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in knowledge management, documentation, or operational enablement.
• Experience in healthcare, tech, or regulated industries.
• Ability to turn complex processes into clear documentation.
• Strong systems-thinking and analytical approach to process design.
• Hands-on with Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate SOPs and internal documentation.
• Audit and refine the knowledge base to close gaps and improve accessibility.
• Act as the internal knowledge contact and resolve gaps through updates or improvements.
• Partner with operations and compliance to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Continuously improve how teams access and use internal knowledge.
