Job summary

Everforth Apex in Eagan, Minnesota, is seeking an Operations Administrator IT to join the Enterprise Operations Center. This hybrid role provides 24/7 monitoring, service restoration, and operational support for IT functions including media services, service desk, and knowledge management.

The candidate will load/unload tapes, assist with knowledge articles, support technical staff, and operate tape hardware, contributing to efficient IT operations and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5–7 years of experience providing administrative IT support including media services, service desk, and knowledge management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Active Directory, ROBOT Scheduler, and IBM AS400.

Responsibilities

• Provide media services including loading/unloading tapes, cataloging, preparing for shipping, and burning CDs.
• Assist with creation of knowledge articles and ongoing knowledge management functions.
• Support technical staff on tasks, backups, user requests, and related activities.
• Operate controls on tape hardware.
