Job summary

State of Minnesota's Minnesota IT Services seeks an Operations System Engineer to support the MNIT Operations Group at the Department of Revenue. You will maintain servers and applications, configure systems, and introduce Revenue-specific solutions while training staff.

The role requires onsite work at 600 Robert St. N., St. Paul, MN at least 50% with telework eligibility based on residence; strong IT experience and certificate management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of IT experience in enterprise server support.
• Experience configuring Windows servers and AD/Group Policy.
• Experience coordinating with vendors for upgrades and incidents.
• Knowledge of security certificate management and documentation.
• Strong communication and customer-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for MNIT Operations Group and Revenue systems.
• Design, test, and deploy new technology in enterprise projects.
• Train and guide other technical staff on operations systems.
• Collaborate with MNIT Enterprise teams to resolve complex issues.
