Triple-S Steel in Surprise, AZ is seeking an Inventory/Receiving associate to monitor inbound shipments and maintain accurate stock. The role demands detail-orientation and basic computer skills to support warehouse operations.

You will receive shipments, field order questions, perform stock checks, and address backorders each morning, while operating overhead cranes and forklifts as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong math and organizational abilities are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
• Able to work effectively with coworkers and staff.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer) and overhead crane/forklift abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Receive all shipments from external sources and internal transfers.
• Field questions about orders from warehouse and sales.
• Perform stock checks and maintain organized inventory.
• Address backorders every morning with urgency.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift as needed.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records.

We arelooking for a candidate in our Inventory/ Receiveing. This person will monitor and receive all incoming shipments. This position requires someone who is detail oriented with intermidate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive all shipments by outside sources and company transfers.
• Field questions about orders from warehouse and sales.
• Perform stock checks.
• Address any backorders immediately each morning.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory.
• Operate overhead crane
• Operate Hyster Forklift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Good math and excellent organizational skills.
• Able to deal effectively with employees.
• Ability to multi-task, ability to deal with changing circumstance and situations.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently use a tape measure and micrometer.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane.
• Knowledge of structural steel products or previous steel distribution warehouse experience preferred.
