Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic typing, ten-key proficiency, and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Able to identify incorrect part numbers, weights, or measurements.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Enter, update, and organize daily operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Inventory Documentation: Maintain accurate records for incoming materials, finished goods, and related paperwork.
• Record Maintenance: Update electronic files, organize shipping documents, and ensure all material records are complete and accurate.
• Clerical Coordination: Assist with shipping, receiving, filing, data entry, and communication between departments.
• Information Verification: Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and proper routing.
• Report Preparation: Prepare routine daily or weekly summaries for management review.
• Office Support: Assist with quality records, audit paperwork, general administrative tasks, and special projects as needed.
