Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks an Operations Support Associate for Polo Ralph Lauren stores to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including receiving deliveries, processing merchandise per guidelines, and maintaining stock room organization while supporting the selling floor.

This role is primarily non-selling and supports inventory management, visual standards, and customer service across front and back of house. Position may be full-time or part-time, depending on location and business needs.

Qualifications

• Back of house experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash-wrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs; flexibility with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process freight within Units per Hour goals, including markups/markdowns and EAS tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damages, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/tag placement.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans for accurate floor replenishment.
• Manage "Ship to Home" orders and store-to-store transfers.
• Complete ISOS replenishment activities and stock room resets.
• Process retickets, create tags, and associate RFID tags.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels using company guidelines.
