Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Associate to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our retail stores. You’ll handle receiving deliveries, stockroom organization, and inventory levels on the floor and back of house.

Positions can be full-time or part-time based on business needs. This is primarily a non-selling role with potential shift toward selling as business dictates, and requires strong teamwork and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work around stockroom, dressing rooms, and floors.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/overnight and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Process freight within defined Units per Hour goals, including stock handling and RFID tagging.
• Assist on the sales floor with customer service, stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and company initiatives.
