Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Operations Management.
Junior or senior status preferred; GPA 3.0 minimum.

Responsibilities

Review SOPs for consistency across facilities.
Gain hands‑on experience with plant workflows by collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, sanitation, safety, and reliability teams.
Participate in or lead projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, boost efficiency and enhance quality.
Collect and analyze OEE and downtime to support performance tracking and decision‑making.
Make recommendations to improve and strengthen existing SOPs.
Work independently and with multiple site Operations Teams.
Maintain accurate work records in notebooks and project reports.
Share ideas, questions, and results with team members.
