Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Operations Management.
• Junior or senior status preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.

Responsibilities

• Review SOPs for consistency across facilities.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, sanitation, safety, and reliability teams.
• Lead or participate in projects to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Analyze OEE and downtime to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
