Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Operations Management.
• Junior or senior status preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Previous work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Standard Operating Procedures for consistency across all facilities.
• Gain hands-on experience with plant workflows by collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, sanitation, safety, and reliability functions.
• Participate in or lead projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, boost efficiency, and enhance quality.
• Collect and analyze OEE and downtime to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Make recommendations to improve and strengthen the existing SOPs.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within multiple site Operations Teams.
• Develop knowledge and insight into daily operations activities.
• Maintain accurate and complete work records in notebooks and project reports.
• Share your ideas, questions, problems, and results with other team members.
