Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Operations Management.
• Junior or senior status preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.

Responsibilities

• Review SOPs for consistency across facilities.
• Gain hands-on experience with plant workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, boost efficiency, and enhance quality.
• Collect and analyze OEE and downtime to support performance tracking.
• Make recommendations to improve and strengthen SOPs.
• Work independently as well as with multiple site Operations Teams.
• Develop knowledge into daily operations activities.
• Maintain accurate work records and project reports.
• Share ideas, questions, and results with team members.
