Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC has an exciting Operations Intern opportunity in Sheboygan Falls, WI for the 2027 summer. You will join the Operations Team to help roll out standardizations across plants and work with plant leadership to gain hands-on experience in workflow optimization.

You’ll collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, sanitation, safety, and reliability teams, collect data on OEE and downtime, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency and quality while developing practical

Qualifications

Candidate must be working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Operations Management.
Junior or senior status preferred; minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

Review SOPs for consistency across facilities.
Gain hands-on experience with plant workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
Lead or participate in projects to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Collect and analyze OEE and downtime to support decision-making.
Make recommendations to improve existing SOPs.
Work independently and with multiple Operations Teams.
Develop daily operation knowledge and maintain records.
