Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Operations Management.
Junior or senior status preferred with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
Previous work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review SOPs for consistency across facilities.
Gain hands-on experience with plant workflows across functions.
Lead or participate in projects to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Collect and analyze OEE and downtime for performance tracking.
Recommend improvements to SOPs and operations.
Work independently and with multiple site Operations Teams.
Develop knowledge of daily operations activities.
Maintain notebooks and project reports with accurate records.
Share ideas and results with team members.
