Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review SOPs for consistency across facilities.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, sanitation, safety, and reliability teams.
• Lead or participate in projects to streamline processes, reduce waste, and boost quality.
• Collect and analyze OEE and downtime for performance tracking.
• Make recommendations to improve SOPs.
• Work independently and with multiple site Operations Teams.
• Develop knowledge of daily operations activities.
• Maintain accurate records in notebooks and project reports.
• Share ideas and results with team members.
