Job summary

Timberland Seamless Gutters is seeking an Operations Manager (Integrator) to own scheduling, materials, and costing. You’ll coordinate with sales and field crews to ensure every job is scheduled, supplied, and tracked for timely installations.

This role requires organization, system thinking, and strict follow-through. Proficiency with Jobber, QuickBooks, and Excel is a plus, and the team offers health benefits and profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, scheduling, dispatch, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the production schedule so every sold job is installed on time.
• Order gutters, downspouts, guards, and materials to avoid delays.
• Track job costs, margins, and weekly performance numbers for the owner.
• Manage customer scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up in Jobber CRM.
• Prepare clear job packets so the install crew has what they need.
• Handle invoicing follow‑up and keep accounts receivable current.
• Document and improve processes so the business runs on systems.
• Maintain checklists and ensure no loose ends.
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and crew.
• Juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping any.
