Boston Dynamics is seeking an Integration Operations Coordinator to act as the control tower for customer integration projects in the IPM organization. You will oversee master schedules, allocate resources, and align engineering capacity with program demand to optimize utilization and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, resource allocation, program operations, or professional services operations.
• Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools.
• Experience building operational dashboards and reporting suites.
• Experience managing scheduling dependencies involving hardware lead times and cross-functional handoffs.

Responsabilités

• Develop, monitor, and update baseline timetables, milestones, critical paths, and task sequences across complex customer integration projects.
• Partner with leads to analyze staffing needs and proactively plan allocations balancing client and internal requirements.
• Allocate resources to FAEs and IPMs based on capabilities, project complexity, and utilization targets.
• Oversee team assignments across field teams to ensure diverse project exposure and readiness.
• Interface with manufacturing and supply chain to track lead times and hardware availability in schedules.
• Build and maintain portfolio dashboards tracking metadata, engagement types, and utilization.
• Forecast capacity and balance workloads across teams to minimize bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints with Finance, Legal, Business Operations, Logistics.
