Timberland Seamless Gutters is seeking an Operations Manager (Integrator) to own scheduling, materials, and costing. You’ll coordinate with sales and field crews to ensure every job is scheduled, supplied, and tracked for timely installations.

• Prepare clear job packets so the install crew has what they need.
• Handle invoicing follow‑up and keep accounts receivable current.

• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and crew.
• Juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping any.

As an Operations Manager (Integrator) at Timberland Seamless Gutters, you'll be the engine behind everything that happens after a job is sold. While our sales team closes deals and our crew delivers craftsmanship in the field, you'll make sure every job is scheduled, supplied, and accounted for — on time, every time. This position requires sharp organization, follow-through, and a love for systems and details. You'll be the person who keeps the whole operation running smoothly so nothing falls through the cracks.What You'll Do:

• Schedule jobs and manage the production calendar
• Order materials and manage vendor relationships
• Run the numbers — job costing, invoicing, and weekly reports
• Keep our systems organized and our crew set up to win
