Job summary

Rise Up Restaurants, the Wingstop Operations arm, is seeking a Manager, Operations Integration in the San Antonio Corporate Office to translate executive strategy into actionable programs across the restaurant network.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Field Ops, Training, HR, Marketing, and IT, develop scalable playbooks and SOPs, and ensure programs launch and stick.

Travel around 30% and a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, project management, training, or a related field.
• Ability to turn big ideas into executable plans.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from concept through implementation.
• Turn executive direction into clear, actionable plans for restaurant teams.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, presentations, communications, and training materials.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Field Operations, Training, HR, Marketing, and IT.
• Support the rollout and adoption of key Wingstop initiatives.
• Spend approximately 30% of your time in the field, gathering feedback and validating execution.
• Measure adoption, identify gaps, and help improve processes.
• Lead special projects for executive leadership.
• Create scalable solutions across a growing restaurant organization.
