Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College Degree preferred.
• 18+ months multi-unit management experience for external hire; 12–18 months for internal promotion.
• Knowledge of P&L, labor laws, food safety and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Mentor GMs and AGMs to ensure engagement and success.
• Maintain culture and align decisions with Wingstop culture.
• Assist GMs to deliver Done Right, On Time, and exceptional guest experience.
• Train and develop management team; manage career expectations and standards.
• Lead strategic initiatives and partner with Marketing, Talent, and Recruiting functions.
• Leverage area support to improve practical operations and planning.
• Develop and manage business planning processes with GMs/AGMs.
• Develop and execute restaurant marketing and brand campaigns; optimize ROI on marketing.
• Analyze financial performance and drive improvements across the district.
