Responsibilities

• Track and analyze key Wingstop restaurant performance data and reporting.
• Work across systems including Power BI, SMG, Steritech, Flavor Lab, MyWingstop, Aloha, ADP, and more.
• Support New Restaurant Openings (NROs) with system and account setup.
• Manage restaurant technology, equipment, and system access.
• Coordinate leadership events and manager travel.
• Support operational investigations, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Manage SWAG inventory and track local marketing spend.
• Help coordinate community events and local marketing opportunities.
• Partner with Wingstop Operations leaders to keep projects and priorities moving forward.
