ElectraMet in Lexington, Kentucky seeks an experienced Office Manager & Inside Sales Coordinator to act as the organizational backbone, handling office operations, vendor relations, and inside sales support. You will bridge finance, admin, and sales workflows with documented processes.

Key duties include contract and proposal management, ERP-based expense tracking, timesheet compliance, and ensuring branding consistency across client communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office administration or data-entry roles.
• Experience navigating an ERP system; NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales documents (proposals and contracts).
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and team communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Office management & vendor relations; serve as main contact.
• Assist with new hire setup and event planning.
• Prepare client proposals and ensure branding consistency.
• Manage contract flow between customers, sales, legal, and leadership.
• Track proposal statuses and ensure timely signatures.
