The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or front office operations, particularly within the manufacturing or aerospace sectors. Proficiency in AS400 and Salesforce is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer visits and sales trips with the CEO.
• Manage master schedule for customer visits.
• Review RFQs, specs, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up on submitted quotes.
• Serve as the primary contact for urgent customer calls.
