Casa Bonita in Denver is seeking an Operations Specialist to support HRIS, payroll, benefits, and project management. You will improve processes, document procedures, and coordinate with internal teams across HR, legal, finance, and operations.

Based in Denver with on-site work at least three days per week, you will build efficient workflows, manage data integrity, and help implement new software solutions.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years experience in HRIS operations, or project management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with payroll, including processing
• Experience with healthcare deductions and working with insurance brokers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, self-directed approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and data; strong Excel skills are highly valued.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a broad range of people.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with Rippling, SevenShifts and/or Toast a plus

Responsibilities

• Human Resources: Help with onboarding of new employees, administration of benefits, and other HR tasks.
• Data Entry: Assist with data entry into various systems for hiring, benefits and leave administration, payroll, and related processes.
• Data Reconciliation: Use Excel to reconcile data across systems; create CSV files; upload files.
• Documentation: Document internal processes for knowledge base.
• File/Document Storage: Maintain the team's shared document drive and content consistency.
• Software Implementation: Evaluate and help implement new software systems.
• Manage internal initiatives: Support day-to-day tasks to meet goals.
• Health insurance deductions: Reconcile deductions, ensure accuracy, coordinate with stakeholders.
