Casa Bonita Denver seeks an Operations Specialist to support HRIS, benefits and project admin. You will help onboarding, payroll-related tasks, data entry, and create processes to improve efficiency. The role requires strong organization, detail orientation, and clear communication.

Based in Denver, you will split time between the Denver offices and on-site Casa Bonita, collaborating with HR, legal, finance and IT. Experience with Rippling, SevenShifts or Toast is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS operations or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Experience with healthcare deductions and insurance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self-directed approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• HRIS onboarding support and benefits administration.
• Data entry into systems related to hiring, benefits and leave administration; payroll and separations.
• Data reconciliation across systems; create and upload CSV files as needed.
• Document internal processes and maintain knowledge base.
• Maintain shared document drive and ensure content consistency.
• Evaluate and help implement new software systems as directed.
• Help manage internal initiatives and day-to-day team tasks to meet goals.
• Review and audit health insurance premium deductions for accuracy and compliance.
