You will support the People Team with operational HR tasks, audits, and system maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and auditing data output.
• Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Enter all employee and organizational changes into the HR system of record with high accuracy.
• Support the People Business Partner team with operational HR tasks and lifecycle events.
• Utilize reporting to audit employee and organizational data.
• Manage semi-monthly payroll submissions and resolve data errors in collaboration with Payroll.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for the People Operations team.
• Maintain detailed operation guides for all team processes.
