This 32‑hour per week role collaborates with the HR Manager, Athletic Director, and Business Operations Director to maintain efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or coursework in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of administrative support experience required.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, athletics administration, school operations, or office coordination preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate athletics events, schedules, and recognition activities.
• Assist with transportation operations and compliance tasks.
• Support HR compliance, training coordination, and records maintenance.
