Job summary

Stride, Inc. is hiring a School Ops Associate to provide administrative support for operations, data entry in school systems, and coordination of project tasks within timelines.

The role is remote with a preference for Colorado residents and roughly 40+ hours per week, typically 9–5 or 8–4 as defined by the school. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience, travel up to 15%, and the ability to clear a background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) years of related experience.
• Excel/technology skills, including but not limited to V-LookUp, pivot tables, formulas and Access databases.
• Ability to travel 15% of the time; ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office administration and clerical duties.
• Complete assigned project tasks to achieve the project goals.
• Provide systems support to school operations teams.
• Implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risk events to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, as needed.
• Updates K12 internal audit tools regularly.
• Works collaboratively with all applicable school parties.
