Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or coursework in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of administrative support experience required.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, athletics administration, school operations, or office coordination preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR; assist with onboarding processes.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks including fingerprinting, background checks, and keys/badges.
• Support HR documentation, records retention, and training coordination.
• Coordinate game schedules, communications, and athletics event logistics.
• Assist with transportation scheduling, compliance records, and driver training.
