Ideal candidates have a college degree or 4 years of relevant experience, proven leadership, and strong communication. The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and flexibility during peak times.

Qualifications

• College degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of effective management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with staff and clients.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks.
• Comfort using common computer operating systems and tools, with a strong emphasis on Google Suite and Microsoft products.
• Previous hiring experience required.

Responsibilities

• Must comply with SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standards.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions to ensure monthly budgets are hit.
• Demonstrate an elevated level of accountability and self-awareness.
• Build teams to be customer focused and solutions oriented, all while being flexible in constant change.
