Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a child-related field or Sports Management/ Recreation/ Health Sciences.
• 5+ years of senior management experience, preferably in YMCA or nonprofit health/wellness.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets over $1 million.
• Ability to build collaborations with community organizations.
