Job summary

Ellipsis Labs, a New York-based startup building DeFi protocols, is seeking an Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone. This contract role offers day-to-day office operations, inventory management, events, guest experience, and food program, with room to improve processes as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Office Operations: run day-to-day operations, manage inventory, plan events, own guest experience, food program, and office moves as needed.
• Recruiting Operations: schedule interviews, coordinate on-site logistics, keep recruiting systems clean, handle onboarding/offboarding.
• Executive Support: manage cofounders' calendars, schedule business dinners, handle ad-hoc requests.
