Job summary

Virginia Health Catalyst seeks an Operations Manager to lead administrative duties, strengthen financial controls, support fund development, and provide infrastructure for a well-organized team.

You will oversee office operations, manage board and staff logistics, maintain donor relationships, and assist with grant activities in a collaborative, equity-centered environment. The role requires strong writing and communications, attention to detail, and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor management, IT systems, and office procurement.
• Coordinate external service requests and facilities; maintain data systems.
• Support audit prep, recordkeeping, and compliance with funding contracts.
• Manage CEO calendar, travel, meetings, and staff onboarding.
• Support donor relations, grants processes, and fundraising logistics.
