Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Catalyst Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure program policies are followed. The role requires coordinating onboarding, scheduling, inventory, and front desk functions, with on-call rotation and night/weekend availability.

You will partner with the Operations Manager and Director, use Salesforce for data tracking, and support staff development, trainings, and compliance with HIPAA and funder expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting clients experiencing substance use disorders and homelessness.
• AA Degree in social services or related field; 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year’s direct experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Catalyst operations and supervise Operations staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and staff training to ensure program compliance.
• Maintain inventory and front desk coverage, including bi-monthly supervision and professional development for staff.
• Utilize Salesforce for data tracking of occupancy, transports, and program logistics.
• Support the Operations Manager and Director in program implementation and reporting.
