Sixt-US in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an Operational Support Associate to be at the center of rental operations, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting fleet logistics, and driving sales performance. You’ll interact with customers face-to-face, manage vehicle readiness and movement, and ensure each rental experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable.

Qualifications

• Persuasive, performance-driven sales and communication skills.
• Strong customer service background with focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Organizational and technical skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Team player able to collaborate across teams.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18, eligible to work in the U.S., and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback.
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness, inventory and service coordination.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks to maintain fleet presentation.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate across teams to support daily operations.
