In this role you will interact with customers face-to-face, ensure vehicle readiness and movement, and contribute to a smooth, efficient rental experience. Flexible hours and bonus opportunities accompany a competitive pay rate of $23.76 per hour.

Qualifications

• Persuasive and confident in sales with a focus on performance-based incentives.
• Strong background in customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Organizational, scheduling, and documentation skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Team-oriented with ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons to maximize sales.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback.
• Oversee fleet operations: vehicle readiness, inventory management, and coordination with service partners.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging.
• Maintain records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions; collaborate across teams.
