Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Finance Leader to guide the financial management of a critical manufacturing portfolio with sites in McKinney, TX, Forest, MS and El Segundo, CA. The role emphasizes accuracy, leadership, and strategic analysis to support executive decisions.

You will work with multiple functional leaders, develop forecasts, and present insights to the Finance Leadership Team, SCM/Ops, and PMO.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a university degree or 10+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience presenting business insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to support initiatives.
• Experience with financial modeling, analytics, and quantitative skills.
• Executive communication experience, including executive-quality PowerPoint creation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leadership to enable sound program decisions.
• Manage all financials for a complex manufacturing portfolio.
• Drive financial performance while ensuring accountability across programs.
• Develop and oversee forecasts for manpower, CER pools, indirect expenses.
• Provide financial briefings and communications to leadership teams and PMO.
• Lead on new cost strategies and develop the team of managers.
