RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks an experienced Finance professional to join the FP&A Budgets team supporting the Legal and Compliance function.

You will lead analysis, establish the Annual Operating Plan, forecast expenses, and report variances while partnering with Legal to manage budgets. The role offers a hybrid work model with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish Annual Operating Plan and EAC; compile monthly variance reports.
• Forecast and manage expenses with the Legal portfolio.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and budgeting support.
• Ensure financial controls and compliance.
• Assist with Purchase Orders, invoicing and approvals.
