Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Finance Leader to oversee financial management for a multi-site manufacturing portfolio, including McKinney, TX, Forest, MS, and El Segundo, CA. The role emphasizes manpower forecasting, CER pools, overhead development, and maintaining cost commitments.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling, executive communication, and leadership skills to guide strategic decisions and drive cost efficiency across programs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years) or Advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Experience presenting/broad business acumen to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to support critical initiatives.
• Experience with financial modeling, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Executive communication experience, including executive-quality PowerPoint creation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple functional leadership teams to enable sound business decisions in program implementation.
• Effectively manage all financials for a complex manufacturing portfolio.
• Drive business financials while maintaining accountability across programs and functions.
• Develop and oversee manpower, CER pools, indirect expenses forecasts and cost strategies.
• Provide financial briefings and communications to customers, leadership, SCM/Ops, Engineering and PMO.
• Develop and lead a team of managers and direct reports.
