RTX is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the STaRS Finance Team in a hybrid capacity, located near McKinney, TX. The role supports RPlan forecasting, SRO, and LRP activities with cross-functional partners, delivering financial reporting, variance analysis, and business reviews.

You will work with leaders across STaRS and RFS, handling balance sheet accounts, cash reviews, and key metrics. A bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools (A/O) and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of bookings, sales, profit and cash flow forecasting.
• U.S. Citizenship required; access to program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial reports, FP&A deliverables, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate monthly/weekly financial reporting within STaRS and with RFS FP&A.
• Support long-range planning, short-range outlook, and forecasting processes.
