Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Leader for the Surveillance Operations portfolio, managing financials across McKinney, TX, Forest, MS, and El Segundo, CA. Lead a team of finance professionals to ensure accuracy, forecast manpower and CER pools, and present insights to leadership.

You will partner with functional leaders to drive cost strategies, provide executive-level reports, and guide strategic initiatives across operations and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Executive communication experience, including executive-quality PowerPoint creation.
• Ability to travel to support critical initiatives.
• Experience presenting/convey business acumen to stakeholders without financial background or expertise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leadership to ensure sound financial decisions.
• Manage financials for a complex manufacturing portfolio.
• Drive business financials with accountability across programs and functions.
• Develop and oversee forecasts: manpower, CER pools, indirect expenses.
• Provide financial briefings to customers, finance leadership, SCM/Ops, and PMO.
