RTX's Manufacturing Finance Organization seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Effectors Factories in Tucson. You will guide a team of analysts, ensuring accurate operational and program metrics, while delivering executive-ready reports and driving cost commitments.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to allocate resources in a dynamic environment. Experience with SAP and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience presenting/convey business acumen to stakeholders without financial backgrounds or expertise
• Experience within SAP (PRISM, Business Warehouse or similar programs), and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Gather and analyze operational, financial, and program performance metrics.
• Prepare data for, analyze, and help drive cost commitments with the factory.
• Package information into executive level reports and presentations for leadership evaluation.
