SERVPRO Team Dixon — Belle Meade / West Nashville is seeking a detail-oriented Job File Coordinator to keep the workflow running smoothly from first notice of loss to final closeout.

You’ll be the liaison between customers, insurance adjusters, and field technicians, responsible for accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliant audit-ready files.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement through training and development.

Qualifications

1–3 years in a similar role preferred
Experience in office administration or customer service is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Manage job files from first notice of loss through final closeout
Monitor job status, work-in-progress, and audit compliance
Build preliminary estimates and prepare accurate job file documentation
Serve as liaison between customers, insurance adjusters, and field technicians
Maintain timely communication; respond to calls and emails
Prepare job file reports and support the audit process
