Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or similar operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Experience with safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead order fulfillment workflows ensuring orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and develop associates, manage performance, and support talent planning.
• Maintain store standards, safety practices, and adherence to SOPs.
• Perform MOD duties with security, opening/closing procedures, and daily hand-offs.
