Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to coach District Managers, drive performance, and implement new programs across the BU. You will review KPIs, lead training initiatives, and ensure compliance with key operations standards.

The role involves mentoring RDOs, coordinating acquisitions integration, and managing store budgets. Expect 2–3 store visits weekly and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred; other combinations may be substituted.
• 3–5 years of multi-site retail leadership experience; at least 2 years in management.
• Ability to present in meetings and conduct training.
• Ability to mentor District Managers and support RDOs.
• Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops DMs; reviews KPIs and closes performance gaps.
• Leads operations programs and ensures BU compliance (EZ Visit, store audits, etc.).
• Leads implementation and training of new operations programs.
• Supports RDOs and DMs for NTIs, R&Rs, and acquisitions integration.
• Acts as BU communications gatekeeper; reviews audits and shrinks action plans.
• Store supplies & waste management with budget oversight; store visits 2–3 days/week.
• Provides analysis of store P&Ls and performs admin/reporting duties.
