Job summary

Circle K seeks a Business Unit Director of Operations Excellence to lead a team focused on maximizing store operations’ efficiency and implementing high-priority projects. You will act as a SME in store operations, support operations leaders in driving KPIs, and enhance customer experience while guiding change management across the organization.

The role involves overseeing program management, cross-functional collaboration, and spending time in stores to ensure frontline visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in retail operations or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and large-scale initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and program management efforts across the BU OpEx portfolio.
• Provide hands-on operational support and motivate field teams.
• Drive KPIs and customer experience improvements.
• Facilitate change management for company-wide initiatives.
• Oversee operational reporting and communications with stakeholders.
• Spend significant time in stores to understand operating realities.
