Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an experienced store operations leader to recap promotional activity, report opportunities and trends, and collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions across the store network.

The role focuses on managing controllable costs, guiding managers on salary and cash controls, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while driving profitability and safe, compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred with management experience.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recap promotional activity for store management and report business opportunities, results, trends and competitive information.
• Help manage controllable costs by educating managers on procedures for controlling merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, cash, and other expenses.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and new product introductions; provide feedback to category managers on stock issues.
