Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Coordinator, Operational Excellence to join our Building Science Solutions team in Kennesaw, Georgia. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong MS Office skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You will support quotations, billing, documentation, and client communications while contributing to team morale and overall efficiency. A high school diploma is required, with bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent Microsoft Office, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• 2+ years' experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with generating, proofreading and issuing quotations/proposals.
• Assist with quotation/proposal follow-up.
• Create documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
• Perform general office duties (faxing, copying, mailing, filing).
• Assisting with end of month billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Invoice payments.
• May assist with developing, updating and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions.
• Communicate with clients and staff.
• Assist in proofreading and finalization of reports.
